We’re looking for a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter / Process Technician to keep our plant running at peak performance. You’ll maintain, repair, and improve our machinery, support production trials, and help train our operators — all while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Service, maintain, and repair plant machinery to minimise downtime Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly Assist with machinery upgrades, modifications, and installations Support new product/material trials and basic moulding work Manage spare parts inventory and report needs Train operators on equipment basics Follow all safety and quality standards WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Trade qualification in mechanical fitting (or related) Experience in routine and breakdown maintenance Knowledge of machinery installation & commissioning Site shutdown experience Bonus skills: polyurethane/plastics manufacturing, PLCs, pneumatics APPLY NOW!
